Terms of Sale for Digital Print Photographs
1. General
By purchasing digital print photographs from Laura Slattery Photography (“the Website”), you agree to these Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Product Description
All digital print photographs offered for sale on this Website are digital files delivered electronically. No physical prints or products will be shipped unless explicitly stated.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through the available payment methods.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Delivery
Upon successful payment, digital files will be made available for download immediately or within 7 days via a secure download link.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure their device can receive and open the files.
5. Usage Rights and Licensing
Laura Slattery Photography owns and retains the copyrights in the images. No copyright license (either express or implied) is granted to the user.
These images are copyrighted and protected under Copyright Laws. All rights reserved. You are purchasing the photo or image only, not the right to use or reproduce the photo. To copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any image you will need written permission from Laura Slattery Photography.
The images are provided to the recipient as is. All implied warranties are hereby disclaimed, including, without limitation, the warranties of title, infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent that images include any trade name, trademark, or service mark owned by a third party, the user is responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions and licenses from such third parties.
6. Refunds and Returns
Since your photos are ‘one of a kind’ items, refunds on photos cannot usually be given. If you are unhappy with the quality of your photo, we would ask you to contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. If it is deemed necessary to return your order, we will ask you to return it at your cost within 7 days of receipt. If you have not contacted us or returned your order within 7 days then, unfortunately, we cannot be of further assistance. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS - In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are not able to provide refunds on Digital Downloads. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

7. Intellectual Property
All photographs and digital content remain the intellectual property of Laura Slattery Photography.
Unauthorised use or reproduction of the images outside the scope of the license is prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
Laura Slattery Photography is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the digital photographs.
We make no warranties regarding the compatibility of files with your hardware or software.
